Along with the Hotel Sales & Marketing team is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies that promote revenue growth generation among key targeted segments and support the hotel’s brand positioning and image. Responsibilities may include leveraging and executing social media and website strategies in partnership with appropriate corporate brand marketing and hotel revenue management teams to achieve brand position and revenue growth goals.
Proposes and implements hotel specific marketing strategies, including website and social media
Monitors marketing trends, tools and applications specific to the hotel industry and target market(s).
Measures and reports impact of marketing strategies
Provides input to hotel marketing strategy
Work with Revenue Management to ensure revenue management potential is maximized on key marketing strategies, including approved 3rd party websites.
Generates and delivers monthly marketing analyses and updates to Revenue Management team
Implements sales promotion actions in-house, locally, regionally and supra-regionally.
Planning, co-ordination and implementing of all sales trips in this country by agreement with the Director of Sales.
Represents the hotel at national and international specialist trade fairs and workshops, agreed by the DOSM and in co-ordination with the whole Revenue Department.
Regular visits and agreements with large and prestigious customers, identification of potential new accounts and assuring the corresponding sales activities to win these customers.
Organisation and management of promotions, site inspections and famtrips.
Ensures permanent observation of the market and competitors, involvement in drawing up analyses of competitors and statistics.
Planning, organisation of written, telephone and personal contacts with customers and supervision of these contacts as long as preparing groups and individual proposal and contracts agreement.
New acquisition of customers in all segments
Organise comprehensive information to existing and potential customers as regards the product range offered by the hotel, with the aid of the relevant sales resources and sales channels
Preparation and drawing up of company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and price conditions.
Monitoring the offers, options and cancellations for repeat bookings for groups, conventions, and seminars with the C&E Department and Reservations.
In customer care and acquisition for Sxxx Hotels & Resorts, also include cross selling for all other world wide’s property and market this correspondingly.
To coordinate new printed materials with the advertising agency,

To coordinate and oversee the production of existing collateral and the development of new promotional materials.

Supervise the order and cleanliness of the reception area and the appropriate appearance of Team Members

Undertake regular inspections in the reception and hall area to ensure that the installations and equipment are in a clean, perfect condition, well maintained and replaced / renewed as required.
